Butterfly Invite

This is a party invite i have been working on. Developing it from a card design i had previously produced. As you can see the invite has brightly coloured butterflies flowing down the page and a script text to be in keeping with the nature of the design. There is also glitter on various butterflies to add that little bit of sparkle.

Autumn has arrived!

Autumn has now arrived, the summer has well and truly gone. The leaves are turning brown and dropping onto the ground covering it in a sheet of gold and red. There is a chill in the air now making you get those jumpers out and wrap up in the warm.

Printed Handmade Cards

These are some examples of my new and recent card ranges, sealed up ready to be sold. They are digitally printed and also have some added decoration, e.g. swarovski crystals. All of my own design, drawn, designed, and printed.

Experiments

These are a couple of ideas for party invites i have been working on, experimenting with different weights of card and decoration, such as glitter. I have also been playing about with printing onto envelopes to see how that could work.

My Degree Show Display

This is my display in Hartlepool Art Gallery, for my degree show. Which some of you have probably already seen if you’ve been to have a look. As you can see it is card and gift design, mainly aiming at weddings, but could be used for other events.

Degree Show 2009

Just to let you all know that my work will be exhibited in the CCAD Degree Show, in Hartlepool Art Gallery, from the 4th June till the 14th June 09. There will be lots of exciting work to see by different students, covering many areas of textiles and gift, so feel free to come along and have a look.

Gift Wrap

These are some gift wrap designs aimed at weddings, but could be used for other occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. I have tried to make them bold and unusual compared to the normal gift wrap you can get.
